Unfortunately, even death can’t bring release from taxes. However, we can help you work through all of the financial information of your loved one and report to the CRA. We will need to report all income earned up through death as well as any income earned after death.

Rules for submission of the tax information will be according to the time of the year that the individual has passed. If this is between January 1st to October 31st, then the due date is April 30th. On the other hand, if your loved one has passed in November or December, then the filing is due six months after the date of passing.
